Service was friendly. However it was quite slow they accidentally bumped my order off the screen and I waited 30 minutes on 12 nuggets and two cheeseburgers. I asked if the fries were fresh and was told yes but when I received them they were lukewarm and very bendy.
Don't come here if you want fast service unless it's in the morning. I've been asked to pull up to the front twice only to watch every car that was behind me get served first, and then they bring me my food when the line is clear. I came inside during this once and my bag had been sitting there, so the fries were cold. Terrible evening shift. Morning shift is awesome and fast, and always gets the order right. If not for their morning shift, they wouldn't have got the second star. Might have been a third star if their sweet tea wasn't sour.
They hadn't been able to help with the application and I missed out on my free Mc Cafe and to add to my coffee towards the free one. If your going have an app the employees should be able to understand how it works.
The service is very poor the food is never fresh I ordered pies and they gave them to me the time on the sticker was out by 2hrs and it taste nasty I went back at night time there was no stickers on the pies and they was hard so there is no telling how long they was in the warmer and if you order a burger or anything a certain way you better check it because it's normally wrong. And as far as ordering they might get the food right if they wasn't giggling and talking to each other I came through tonight I wanted 4 pumkin pies and got home they was Apple someone needs to evaluate the workers because when you go to a reastraunt you want hot food thats made right and I tried calling the manager on duty but no one will pick up I have called 8 times. I don't think I will be back unless changes are made in the poor service....
