This is without exception the worat experience I have ever had in dealing with a funeral home. They made a mistake in ordering the casket we had requested and then told us it was our fault. They lied to us and then changed the contract to cover their mistake. The apparently did not proof the scripture we had requested and when we complained I was told to "shut my mouth or he would call the police ans have me removed". I would sincerely suggest that anyone considering using their funeral services keep looking. For the record, I have been conducting funerals for 25 years and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior.
