Very prompt service on a Monday afternoon for my daughter. She was treated very professionally and was happy with her experience.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! I chose this walk-in clinic the first time based on Google reviews...and I'm so glad I did! I've been back since then because of the great care I received the first time. They were fantastic! Dr. Comer is extremely thorough and sincere! The nurses and staff are very helpful and got me in and out in no time! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I needed to take a drug test for employment, and this was the closest listed location to where I live. I came with a full bladder, ready to take my test. First they made me fill out paperwork. Then another woman came in while I was doing that. There were only a few people in the waiting room, but everyone got called back, including the woman who came in after me, and I was still left waiting for over 30 minutes. I finally went up & said something to the receptionist, who wasn't even up front half the time, & I still waited another 5 minutes. They seem to be very unprofessional, unorganized, & not very friendly. There's too many choices out there, I wouldn't pick this place if I were you.
Update: Just got our insurance information back and I was a bit surprised at how much the bill was. I believe the charges were more than they would have been at the regular doctor's office and definitely more than places like Walgreen's walk in clinic. So I guess the bottom line is that if you have minor issues like checking for strep/flu (like my daughter), you might want to go to a place like Walgreen's. If you have more serious problems like potential broken bones, etc., this would be a good place as it would be cheaper than the emergency room
If a medical facility only gets cleaned once a week my hangnails and cuticle clippings are the least of their problems. I am sorry but if her OCD issues are that extreme she may need to choose another vocation.

Staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. Pat is a superhero. Thanks to them I'll be back on my bike sooner than later. And most likely a returning patient. Thanks again for everything. Except for the shot in my butt.
I spent another 10 minutes in exam room for vitals etc. Then 20 waiting in case of allergic reaction to vaccine.
I went in to get a flu shot while a relative was at an appointment next door. I was the only person in the waiting area. It was 20 minutes before I was called back to exam room. While I was waiting I found a hangnail. As soon as receptionist heard nail snips she stated “if you are going to do that you need to stand over the waste can. Our cleaners only come once a week.”
