The lady that works front desk that says she’s the “assistant manager” is very very VERY rude.
They do a good job. They try to work with you. But you have to go in person & step up to the plate. My only complaint is they're so busy that sometimes when you call in, they rattle off questions too fast. Otherwise they do a great job working in a difficult & delicate environment.
