I went there on my birthday and they were the slowest cockide people I have ever met in my life! I had a whole day planned to get ready for my bday bash that night, but it was cancelled due to the fact that I was there from 9:00 a.m to 3:30 at the Oak Ridge DMV! Almost six hours! It was ridiculous and absolutely ludicrous! Would NEVER go there again due to the amount of time the people wasted doing absolutely nothing! Just go to the one in Strawberry Plains, it may be farther but much faster! I was there for just an hour and half! Hope I was a help!
