I worked there when I was in my early 20s. Early 2000, and I was sexually harassed daily by Willie! I dreaded going to work! He constantly tried to touch and grab me. I ended up having to quit my job over it. Yea they food is great but the manager is a scam bag! He harassed all the female workers! Meanwhile his pregnant wife sat at home clueless!
If u get delivery, check pizza before you pay. We ordered a three topping pizza, it showed up with one topping and very little of it. A frozen pizza would’ve been way better. Lesson learned, just pay for big Ed’s or anywhere else for that matter.
Service could be improved. It's a pizza place that seems to be having issues with staff at the moment. Wish the food was cooked better (better ingredients) especially for the price.
I just moved to Tennessee and with no car and not unpacked I placed a delivery. I get my food a little over an hour and immediately I notice the 2 liter is warm. I get to the food and the hamburger patty is hard as a rock and the ultimate fries haha. The ultimate fries to get a small cup of refrigerated cheese and a packet of sour cream. I’ll never try this place again!
The Food here is very flavorful and i enjoy it a fair amount. That being said the thing i must comment on is the Owner and how he treats customers. I ordered food over the phone to surprise my wife on our Anniversary as i was out of town hours later i received word that the delivery driver had wrong information and the 30 dollar order of food was given to the wrong individual or place i called fairly upset and it was closed but the owner answered anyway. He refunded my card and opened i kid u not his restaurant and cooked a new meal and delivered it personally to my wife how amazing is THAT.
