Truck had an accident on the way to pick me up. They never called and told me. I spent 30 min in my car in the cold until I finally called my insurance place and they told me. Completely unprofessional.

Loaded up my damage truck and drove me 20 minutes to the car rental place so I wouldn't be stranded. Very friendly and professional.
