Wonderful Teachers and Director. Our son still talk about the school even after a year we left Oak Ridge, TN. Our whole family loved the school. Very warm, inspiring, loving environment where the kids can learn the way they want.

Our two children have both gone here. We are so grateful for the individual attention the staff give to each student's development and happiness. Our older child is now excelling in elementary school, and our 3-year old, still at this school, is now counting past 100 and starting to sound out words!
This place had such a negative impact on my child's development, especially on the self-esteem. I really regret that I did not remove my child from this school much sooner, but trusted the assertions of the school staff instead.
After some changes in the staff, this place has gone through mournful deterioration. My child attended the school for about one year and things were getting worse and worse during that time. Open communication between the school staff and our family was missing and problems that were many were hidden from us. Both physical and verbal bullying was every day reality for my child here. The staff would do nothing to stop this and deny the problems. In this school also questionable discipline is used by means of extended time outs and excluding children from classroom activities for extended periods. Families are not aware of this, and I only learn to know what is happening when I went to observe the classroom without further notice. The school staff will tell parents anytime that they are not even using time-outs.
Great school! I've been here for a year. My younger child attends the school and both my kids attend during school breaks. The love and care my children receive is phenomenal. The teaching is excellent! My 4 year old is learning to read very well. Everyday, I'm impressed with the worldly lessons he has learned from the Montessori School. This school is not just about teaching A-Z and 1+2. It's also about life skills, diversity and learning about the world. I visited several other options in Oak Ridge and I found the Montessori to be the best choice. I appreciate all the staff and the loving care they've given my kids. Thank you... proud parent!
