In short live any where else in Oak Ridge.
There raising rents and providing nothing in return. Over priced for what they offer. They provide no washer and dryer hookups. They do provide a laundry room on site but the machines are way more expensive than any laundry facilities in town and they exploit there Tenet's who are elderly or disabled and have to depend on the property for services. They do not allow any beverages at the pool alcoholic or not. You are expected to go back to your apartment when you are thirsty. They do not allow anyone to cook outside on a grill unless you use the ONE Small property trill.4th of July cook out, forget it. Poorly managed and complete intolerance of any suggestions by residents to needs or wants.

This centrally located shopping center has a great Food City with an awesome beer selection, a great Chinese food joint that delivers, and several other nifty places. The Food City fuel center is also handy.
