The food was delicious and our server (Katt) was marvelous, even with the rude table next to us who interrupted her as she was taking our order. Excuse you!!. Again Katt was great and the food was excellent.
The greeter had no desire to enter my name or information correctly. No big deal - although it wasn't that busy, she seemed pretty flustered. The big problem, and the only reason I ever bother to review a chain that is normally consistently average and acceptable, is that our food was delivered on a tray that also contained DIRTY DISHES AND A CLEANING RAG.! Gross, unacceptable and a health code violation. The floor manager never came to our table to apologize. The kitchen manager personally delivered the second round of food (yea), and apologized. And while we weren't asking for anything to be comped (as the food was fine once it was delivered "clean') it would have been a nice gesture on their part. This is clearly a training/management problem and does not speak well of this location.
Food and service was great. Had about 20 min wait but was worth it. My wife and I did get annoyed by people behind us trying to get a free meal by complaining about the food and service to the same server we had and similar food. So once they were finished with the manager, we had her come to our table and praised the food and service. Made our night to undo a wrong!!!!
One of the best experiences at an Outback that I have had. Seated fast, drinks were ordered and delivered within a few minutes. Ordered food and got it fast. If our drinks were half full we received a full glass as back up. This was around 2 pm. I recommend this to the natives and the passers-by.
Not a fan... I'll give it a few years to improve before I return. When we came in for lunch, and I think it was a Saturday, the place was nearly empty. So you think we'd get seated immediately. But there was a good wait until a kind waitress gave up on the hostess and seated us in her section. The food was below the average Outback in quality. There was a problem with the check, which I can't explain fully here, but suffice to say I was unsatisfied.
