Something is always broken -- the vacuum, the wash, or the air -- and no one ever answers the phone. I'd rather drive to another town to wash my car then waste more money on this place.
Bring your own stuff, grab some quarters and have at it in one of the 5 (count 'em, no waiting) self-service bays. The water is clean, the pressure strong, the change machine and supply vending are full. Two serviceable vacuum stations with good suction are provided.
I use the self-service bays, only. Don't expect a spot-free (or even suds-free) result from the Magic Spray Touchless Automatic system (nor ANY other automatic car wash I have ever encountered). If that's what you want then you simply must rely on humans.

Change machine took my money. No number to contact if any issues are encountered. The area was clear of trash. And from other cars being washed it appeared that the sprayers worked.
