I have been here multiple times. Every time I go, I like to get the add ons to the basic car wash. I end up paying $11, and then when I'm done most of the spots are still on my car. Just looks wet. I wouldn't recommend going to this one if you would like a good wash to your vehicle
They do keep the place in good running order. I have a monthly subscription and it is worth it. Keep the good work up Zips
It is my favorite place to go wash my car! It has free vacuums and cheap washes. One time this summer they even offered free washes for a while. I have never had any problems here.
Well I visited your Oak Ridge location again yesterday against my better judgement. I have to say that is the worst car wash location I have ever used. Once again the car wash was horrible, didn't even spray the vehicle prior to entering like they used too, you could tell that the attendant couldn't care less. The vacuums on one side of the lot didn't even work and the other side would not even pick up dirt off of the carpet or rubber mats and I tried 2 different vacs. I spent 16 dollars and what I consider a huge waste of my money. The last time I was there was not long after the name change and was about the same experience. I feel the you should at least refund my 16 dollars for the last visit. I certainly do not want a credit to use there as I will not be going back. I will drive all the way to Knoxville and use Pure Magic.
Fantastic place. Got a free wash on Veterans Day and they treated me really well.
