Dr. Lenihan and his team at Elite Dental Care go out of their way to make my visits convenient & comfortable. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I've had everything from basic dental cleanings to major work and have been happy each visit.
I am so thankful for Dr Lenihan. I have been seeing him for years and he is the only dentist to realize I have an extra nerve going to my bottom teeth and has actually has made my dental procedures Comfortable. I have been putting off getting a crown on a cracked tooth for a year now and last night I left a message on his office voice mail explaining that my dental insurance will end next week, is it possible for me to begin the Crown work before the end of next week? Otherwise I will have to wait for my new insurance to kick in. Deanna called me when she got into the office at 7:30 this morning offering to get me in at 9:30 !! I have always been treated well and I appreciate the excellent care I have always received.
Our insurance recently changed and my family was left without a dentist. After speaking with many friends, family and peers I decided to approach Dr. Lenihan's office to see if they could help and if they could work with our new insurance. Not only did they tell me what my benefits and costs would be up front, they assisted me in the paperwork for my family prior to our visit to keep the wait time down. The entire staff was professional and friendly and Dr. Lenihan met and talked about any issues prior to my cleaning. His dental hygienist was awesome and did a great job. He assisted in referring my son to an oral surgeon, and also was able to schedule my husband for both an exam and cleaning within his time restraints due to work. I was extremely satisfied with his care and his office staff and am happy to recommend his office.
The staff is very friendly. They keep the appointment on time. The office is clean and neat. I've been going there for quite a while and I'm very happy with their care.
I want to thank Dr. Lenihan and all of the Elite Dental team that supported me these past two weeks. More than the professional care that I received (which I sincerely appreciate) was the caring manner in which I was treated. It makes no sense, even to me, why a 62 year old woman would be so freaked out by having a tooth removed, but I was. Words sound hollow but the empathy received was every bit as important to me as the expertise you provide. I had the tooth extracted yesterday. Dr. Johnson was also able to complete the implant. His team was also terrific and I am in no more pain this morning than I was just prior to the tooth being removed. I have never heard anyone say that having a tooth removed was a good experience but for me - it was a good experience.
