Terrible. I made my appointment for a cleaning for 9am. I show up and am told my exam is at 9am and my cleaning is at 11am. They claimed they messaged me about the time difference. I only got one message reminding me of my 9am appointment. I have the proof that I was only told about one time if I need to provide that. I've never been to a Dentist who makes 2 different appointments like this. I sit down to fill out my new patient paper work and then someone comes out to tell me I can't be seen because I have my son with me. Some of us don't have access to family or friends to watch our kids. This is not a family friendly practice. Make sure you keep your kids at home before making an appointment and be prepared to be there for a while since you have to make 2 seperate appointments, apparently. I wish I was told this when I called.
Dr. Barton provides exceptional care. She is a highly capable, thoughtful physician who takes time to truly listen and does her best to accomodate each individual's needs. She has the best numbing technique we've ever experienced.
