I highly recommend this establishment.
A bunch of losers here. Want to be treated like a number, you are in the right place. Once you get in, you have 30 seconds to explain what is wrong prior to being shutoff, hearded out, given something that you do not need and told to come back. Lousy medicine, wrotten receptionists, suspicious looking nurses. If you want a medicine for pain or what ails you, go out of town or get some whiskey, you will not get it here.
I fully agree with the previous review...this office is dreadful. The staff and doctors and office manager have all been rude and uncaring to me. The wait time is long, yet when you finally sit down with the doctor you have to hurry to spill out what you want because you only get a few minutes, if that. I literally have had no good experiences there in a year so I've finally moved on. I highly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.
I have gone to the Family Clinic of Oak Ridge for years, and have been very satisfied with the care. Dr. Pattni always listens to all I have to say, and her assistant is also very helpful. The few times that I've had to use another doctor for same day treatment have been satisfactory as well.
