I've been there for years . My husband has seen Dr. David Heald since he was a teenager. The staff has always been very helpful, they have worked me in for emergencies. Out of all the years we have been there we have had one or two billing problems which were instantly fixed. Dr. Bell was my Doctor, he has since retired, I now see Dr. Heald. We think highly of them. We have never had to wait longer than 5 or 10 minutes.
Some of the reviews are negative but they should go to doctors where they have to wait 2 to 3 hours to see. That's when waiting is an issue.
