They never answer their phone!!!!
Even though I am my son's legal conservator, my son's nurse practitioner refused to answer my calls to discuss my concerns. No one answers the phones, so I went to the Oak Ridge office and asked to speak with my son's nurse practitioner. The office manager stated their office policy is not to communicate with anyone, conservator or not, (in violation of a court ordered conservatorship) unless the patient signs a release. Instead of asking my son to sign a release, I hired an attorney. The Oak Ridge office staff quickly retracted their statement and gave my son a case manager who is supposed to work with me for my son's care. I not been able to get this case manager (they now call "care coordinators") to return a phone call for the past two weeks. Looks like I'll be getting an attorney involved again. Hint: Don't bother doing business with this worthless provider unless you have an attorney on speed dial. Legal Aid should help you with this. It also helps to file a Quality of Care Complaint with your insurance to have the Oak Ridge office investigated.
They never answer the phones. They don't want to offer therapy services. And the person who prescribes my meds acts like she doesn't want to treat me. I have been told by them that there is much more they can do for me on my meds. Even though there is a long list of meds I haven't been tried on.
Not helpful prescribed medicine to counteract with my blood pressure medicine
