I have been coming here since 8/2008. The doctor I first saw was terrible. She did not listen and her accent was thick and hard to understand. She was never able to keep an appointment on time. She always (and I mean always) ran 1.5 - 2 hours off schedule. It was common for patients to come it with lunch because she was so poor at managing her time. She was a waiting room joke because people were so frustrated about her bad time management. She also was so poor at handwriting that even her nurse was not able to read. I needed a copy of my record and it was useless because her writing was nothing more than wavy lines and no one could read it. I changed doctors and loved the new one, but he took ill last year. They had a nurse covering for him until a new doctor was found. The nurse left and they are not getting a new doctor. This means I have to go back to seeing the lousy doctor who can't keep time. If she cannot keep appointments with half a patient load how in blazes is she going to keep it with a whole patient load. Looking for another doctor now.
These people are shady. They don't listen, they don't care. Case managers are incapable of basic comprehension & report/share incorrect information to staff. Highly doubtful they will remain in business for long.
The doctors don't care about the patients. If you need a medication change you have to refuse to leave the office, before they finally hear you telling them to change your medicine. The case managers don't give a damn. I am going to Helen Ross McNabb because of ridgeview's poor additude.
Their mobile crisis team is worthless. Called them to get help for my seriously depressed son after listening to him tell me how he plans to kill himself and take a few people with him. They went out to talk to him for a few minutes. Since my son didn't have blood dripping from his wrists or his throat slit, they did nothing to help him. I lost a daughter to suicide a few years ago because of substandard mental health care and I may lose my son. Ridgeview needs to be sued for negligence.
These people could care less about their patients. Do not recommend.
