It's a great job. The longer people are here, the sooner they seem to burn out unfortunately. However, I haven't forgotten the work I was doing before. I'll never pretend it's perfect, but it's the best job I've ever had.

This place is terrible. The training is alright but once you get to the floor your screwed. The mentors in ocp literally just want to bully you bc they are your boss. They want everyone to kiss their ass bc they are “boss”. It’s a disgusting building with bugs and everything. You can never have a sick day. It’s manditory to make any day you miss up even with a note. The management hardly looks at you. It’s terrible. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
Worked here for over a year, and it's one of the best paying jobs for an uneducated unskilled worker in town. Also the office environment looks great on a resume.
