An all the Dr's are great. I love the way everyone in that office treats the kid's
Even if he is getting ready to walk out an you think of something he will set down an talk to you about it
I have been using Oak Ridge Peds. for 7 yrs and I have nothing but a great experience. I always get in the same day I call if needed. My visits have never totaled more than 1 hours. I am confident in all the doctors. Both of my children have seen a variety of doctors and nurse practitioners.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE UNLESS YOU ONLY SEE MISS KATHY!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CONCERNS IGNORED AND TREATED LIKE THEY ARE JUST IMAGINATORY WORRIES OF A CHILD!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN GO TO AN OFFICE WITH DOCTORS WHO ALLOW YOU TO BE THE PARENT AND HELP GUIDE THE TREATMENT PLAN FOR YOUR PRECIOUS BABIES!! DR...lol Clairy is the WORST!!! My son had a referral for his misshapen skull in 2015, and I asked for a new referral to be sent because my son's skull has worsened so bad it is pushing his ears out now. And Mr. clairy quickly looked threw his laptop and said he did not see any referral as he began walking out the door!!!! So basically calling me a liar!! It wasn't until I pushed the issue that he came back in and rubbed my son's head (not even above his ears!) and said "I don't really see anything wrong so I won't be sending another referral for anything!!!!! So afterwards I told my son I believe we may have to find a new office soon where ALL the doctor's will care about him and this excuse for a caring individual says well you can get your discharge papers at the front, when my infant who has a heart murmur had an appointment the next day!!!!!!!!!!! Then when I went to the front,. I HAD THE CLERK PRINT OUT THE ORIGINAL REFERRAL FOR HIS HEAD EXAM!!!! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON THERE EXCEPT THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY NEED TO BE PAID!

Dr. Clary was my PCP from the time I was born, until I was 20 years old and pregnant with my first child, it shattered my heart when he told me that he cannot see me anymore, I have to see an adult doctor. Luckily, my daughter, now 7, has had Dr. Clary as her PCP since birth; I couldn't be more happier. I have not had one doctor in that building that hasn't treated us with compassion, genuine care, and honesty. The staff are amazing, polite, and friendly. The 24 hour nurse line never fails me, they always call back and resolve any issue we have. I would never take my child anywhere else.
I have been taking my children to Dr. Pisano for 19 years. We absolutely love her! She has always provided my children with the best care possible. She has made me and my children feel like family. I could not be happier. Mary Cathy is also an excellent provider we have used her on several occasions! The only reason I'm rating 4 stars instead 5 is because the front office staff is very rude at times!
An there is one in particular Dr that will set down an talk to you. An that one Dr will ask you if you have any questions . It does not matter to him how long you are in there
