Nothing changed BP still high on my monitor. Told me to leave and bring equipment back next day. Asked my pharm...told them. She got more upset with me and said NO. I asked what med...course SAME one I'm on just double dose. I told her I have been doing that on my own....She said well Now Dr. Says so......as if his Word can speak change into existence. She didn't care just left me there again and walked off extremely rude. I just left. I missed a test in Atl. To come there ....they could care less and after cuff was on i could have left....what is the difference if I stroke as a passenger on my way to Atl...or stuck in a room alone in the office and they don't check in on me and forget me. Cost me a lot of money to do Nothing but hurt my feelings and scare me then they get to charge me for it. Now I pay for missed appt too. Don't go here. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE.
Front desk folks friendly.. Echo guy on top of his game.. Doc friendly but didn't listen what was said and therefore left me with unanswered questions.
Great service and nurses that take the time to really understand your needs. They give all information about insurance up front so that you know what you will need when you come in. They take the time to get to know you and answer all your questions.
Went in. Vahora is Dr. Had 210/150 BP. Told I could not leave till they talk with Dr. Put a 24hr cuff (nice nurse) on me threw me in a lil room and forgot me for several hrs. Noticed still there much later. Called (mean, rude. Nurse).
recheck cause I just saw you 3 months ago. I wasn't sure what to say because I couldn't remember my last appointment. He took my body and said they would do an ultrasound late next month. He never listened to my heart or did an EKG. I called the next day and found my last appointment was in 12/13. They said if you are still having chest pain go to the ER. I am so mad right now!! I wasted paying my $40 copay for nothing!!
First time I been to this heart doctor office, the front desk lady name Kathy was very friendly. But when I was called back by nurse Paula went to the back had my list of meds. She left for a second came back started writing down my meds on computer. Never had any one to do me the way I was treated. Had a cough because I had a bracitis for last few weeks told her I also have asthma when ever I get hot it makes me go in attack can't breathe. I told her I cough up a little blood last week because I cough so much. So all I know she left the room and told me to put on mask and told me to go to the emergency room. And I forgot she ask me have I had blood work done I said yes. Because I have autoimmune disease. She treated me like a disease person. I also have Heart disease that's the reason I went to them. To get a doctor to treat my heart disease. Because I moved back home from Florida and I had a wonderful heart doctor and his staff and team was family to me. But I have never been treated like this. They are suppose to treat heart disease. Not be afraid of you. I can understand if they was worried about their self or you. But they just bring me a mask and then a nice guy bring me another and walked me out in waiting room and told me to go to emergency room. I wasn't even coughing up blood blood at that time. I was very hot in there because they had it hot in waiting room and in the back. Their was other people coughing also because it was hot in there. I don't understand why the doctor didn't come in there also to see what was going on. I have family that is doctors and nurses and I even was a nurse till I got sick and my husband past. I have good doctors and nurses that I see now. And they explained with care and love as family does. Not sure what she said to the doctor. Because I didn't even see him. I spoke to people that works in Medical. And they even think that was not right not explaining why go to emergency room for one. And two I wasn't coughing up blood. I was coughing because I was very hot. I have asthma. I was also told it sounds like someone wanted to get off earlier because it was a Friday and know telling what she told the doctor. But I never have been treated like that. And my first time in that place.
I went to see the heart doctor because I was having pain in my chest and shoulder. He said this is just a
