Great care and attentive staff. They really go over and above to make sure you are doing well and recovering. They were also prompt and timely when it came to my appointments. Dr. Branham is an excellent surgeon and the PA/nursing staff are very skilled.
Giving you a 1 star because we were seen so quickly but now I know why. Dr Grace saw my husband for a possible broken left and right hand from a bicycle crash, and he seemed to care less. We had to ask to see X-rays and then were just showed 2 of the 8 taken. He did NOT discuss options with us and just recommended a soft splint for the left hand and 2 week follow up. No further instructions. Also other than the nurse wrapping with gauze the right hand due to deep lacerations we were sent out. No homecare instructions, not even asked about pain level. We didn't go for pain medicine so we didn't ask for anything but the patient service was terrible!! Now we are trying to get a second opinion.
