SAVE YOUR MONEY. Staying here with a wedding party and they messed up with the booking. The bride called to ask if they could reserve a specific room she booked through a third party. They told her that that is fine and she just needs to call back and give them the information and put her name on it. When we went to check in they stated they would never tell someone that, they don't record project calls, and there is nothing they can do. Peggy, the director of sales, was not very nice and kept talking in circles obviously lying to us and contradicting herself. The guy who was in one of the rooms was kind enough to switch rooms. We thanked him so much and since we finally ended up getting the right room is the only reason I am going them a 2. Thank you so kick kind stranger for helping make the day before the wedding a little less stressful.
our sons football team stayed over the weekend and we would like to commend all of the staff that make this hotel welcoming. The young girl who checked us in (Dianna) was very polite and friendly, she even offered us free toothbrushes and toothpaste when she over heard us complaining about forgetting ours. I recommend to anyone who stays here not to miss the FREE HOT BREAKFAST in the mornings. Rooms were clean and beds were soft.

I had a three night stay at the Quality Inn in Oak Ridge, Tenn. I just wanted to relate what a wonderful stay I had while there. The staff from the room maids to the desk clerks and manager, could not have been friendlier, or more helpful. It truly felt like home. Pete was always there for us. I will certainly look for more Quality Inn stays on my travels.
Our wedding party booked two conjoined rooms for the bride and bridesmaids to stay in the night before the wedding. We arrive the day before the wedding to find out they "forgot" to reserve two rooms beside each other. The staff was not very helpful in the beginning to resolve the issue. The Director of Sales, Peggy Sue, tried throwing out several excuses as to why it was our fault they failed to do their job to make a long story short (she was very rude). Bride almost started to cry in the lobby. Eventually they asked a guess if he could move to another room to accommodate us. Absolute horrible customer service.
