Love this place. Is always so clean and the employees are always so nice!
Very strict! Do not stay with children! Hotel hosted football tournament Battle of Rocky Top, yet complained about children in the pool! Closed pool early! Complained about kids in lobby. Complained about kids all weekend! Very rude! Was impatient with 32 kids, but sign up for tournament lodging! If you get a choice... DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR BATTLE OF ROCKY TOP LODGING!
Nice hotel located in Oak Ridge. Rooms are spacious and well spacious. King size bed is comfortable and I slept like a baby in it. Shower is nice and always has hot water and good pressure. Indoor pool. On site parking is free and a lot of spots. Service is really friendly. Business center is a bit tight but comfortable. Would stay again.
The rooms were nice and updated. But the night I stayed there was an event. They played music till almost 11:00. It was hard to sleep as we were right in front of the indoor pool. They didn't ask or mention the fact the party was going on. I had booked the hotel over the phone just minutes before so they could have. The last complaint would be the bed. My wife nor I got a good night's sleep. My back hurt from sleeping on it. But the rooms and the staff were nice.
Awesome hotel. I live the atrium in the lobby and the view of the elevator, and they have the best pool of any hotel I've ever been to. You can literally swim from the indoor pool outside to the outdoor pool.
