They have great service when I got my oil change
Next day around 11:30 or 1:00 I got the call. It was finished -- at the quoted price. I could pick it up any time at my convenience, no rush.
They called a couple of hours later with the scoop. The wheel bearing and tie rod ends were out of whack in addition to the new tire and oil change. I was given an informative rundown with a fair estimate and no pressure. I was told it probably wouldn't be done that same day, but for sure by midday the next. It was going to cost more than I'd expected, but the repairs needed to be made. I gave the go ahead...

Well, the move hasn't hurt their service to customer one iota. Called to bring the Escape in for an oil change and to look at a chunk of sidewall missing from the driver side front tire. Was given a time to bring it in and they were expecting me when I got there, five minutes.
Pricey but great and knowledgeable service.
