I also found their front desk guy a bit pushy with the upselling. I wouldn't return here but if you don't mind paying extra to get a bit more pampered of an experience, this is the pace to go for you.
If I can give a no star.. I will.. DO NOT ever go in this car shop. They will charge u $1,300 for a problem they didn't fix. We brought our car there on a Wednesday. And used it on a Sunday for grocery shopping and we practically stopped 5x in the road just to do ask for help and charged battery so we can even go to Nissan in oak ridge and get a car.. I called their office and the guy said I need to bring the car so they see. And what? They will charge us again a ridiculous amount of money? These people sucks! He said no! I cannot give any refund. I'm not asking for the $1,300 even just for a fraction of a cost.. guys, DO not Go in RIVERS TOTAL CARE! They are scammer!
My daughter's car had an electrical issue with the tail lights. I called and they were able to fit me in immediately. They gave me an estimate of 1 hour to diagnose and fix and they were able to figure it out and fix the problem as estimated. They have a very nice lounge to wait in and both people up front were friendly and knowledgeable. After it was fixed, the mechanic did a rundown of what they did to diagnose and fix it and also showed me a few other minor issues they found with the car that would need to be addressed eventually. They did try to sell me a $50 service to polish the headlights (they did need it) but when I told them I would do it myself, they did not pressure me at all (THANK YOU). To top it off, they gave the car a complimentary bath. Note: they do charge a 3% fee for using a credit card but if you use a debit card, they do not charge this fee.
The place is posh with a waiting room, vending machines, enthusiastic employees, and a well decorated interior, but you pay for the premium experience with premium prices based on my quote comparison with them and People's Choice Auto Repair (+$200 to have a starter replaced here instead of at People's Choice).
These folks are great! They fixed the knocking noise on my Jeep that I've been trying to figure out for over a year. Very clean place. I'll be back.
Has a very nice and clean lounge area. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended to get repairs done here for the price and quality they offer.
