They repaired my BMW for $200 after I had spent over a $1000 with two other facilities that failed to resolve the issue.
I took my BMW here to get my control arms replaced. I was charged over $200, honestly not that bad of a price but still negotiable, and the car was fine for awhile. But lately Ive been hearing knocking noises going over speed bumps and i had taken my car recently to get serviced at Turner Euro service in Knox. So i thought it was something the guys at turner did. Anyways, the guys at turners took the car for literally a 1 minute test drive and knew what was up. The put the car up, and turned out the control arms that the guys at transtech replaced weren't tight or torqued at all. I saw with my own eyes how many turns it took them to tighten both sides of the control arms, which were a total of 7 whole rotations!!! How this went by them I HAVE NO IDEA!! If I had kept it for any longer god knows what would've happened to me while driving down the highway!! The people at TransTech are careless, take their time to uncharge you, and are dishonest!! Take your BMW or Benz to Turner. They have been in the Euro car repair for well over 30 years and they know what theyre doing!!
