Terrible customer service. After entering the store this afternoon my husband and I heard a collective groan from the eight employees standing around doing nothing. The one who finally responded to us didn't let us finish explaining the problem before rushing us out the door ,the door he opened for us while I was mid sentence. Very rude . Not helpful in the least. So disappointed AT&T.
I was very impressed with the service at this AT&T store. I have been in some cell phone stores where I almost feel like I'm bothering the staff by my presence. This was not the case here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I do wish their knowledge of the products was a little bit better. I got a new Galaxy Note 8, and was told that it was not possible to move my iTunes music into the phone, thankfully, I took the gamble and found out that this is possible. I have been very pleased with the phone and the staff couldn't have been friendlier.
I went in to switch from Straight Talk to AT&T and our representative Scott was awesome. He was only concerned with us leaving happy. The service was very fast and I am very satisfied. Good riddance to Straight Talk!!!!
Best to do business on line or call 800 than go here. Had issues with my phone but the only thing they cared about was that I was 3 days past due on my account so they couldn't help me .. Never will I go to this place again but my overall rating for AT&T is a 4 because it's the only service that works where I live
