Nice people, but they could work on their communication and customer service skills a little. I ended up calling them all sorts of nasty names because I forgot the details of a transaction from about a year ago. Had they have access (or more likely knew how to) those details, a lot of angry words could have been saved. What precipitated that unhappy exchange was the fact that last Feb. (about 10 months ago) they sold me a phone, which developed problems. This was my second Sprint phone in a row that died prematurely (but to be fair, the first one was obtained at a different location). As a long-time customer (about 7 years now), and given the fact that I've been "burned" twice, I expected them to either fix the problem with my phone (which, to their credit, they did try, but were unable to), honor the one-year warranty on the phone and replace it (which they told me to contact Samsung instead), or, considering the circumstance, sell me a different phone at a substantial discount (which they refused to even discuss)... Button line, I would think twice before going back there.
Jazman helped me and my experience was great.
These guys are awesome, always helpful, and very knowledgeable :) This isn't a corporate store, but I dare say they're sometimes more helpful!
I’ve been with Sprint for some time now and seen people come and go from the store over the years. So far the best experiences I’ve had at this location have been with the help of Sam and Marcus. Sam is very helpful and can take care of any problem I may have and she is exceptionally friendly. Marcus has been a great help as well, countless recommendations for accessories and other products. He has been the only employee to have ever gotten me to even consider something other than an iPhone. In my experiences with Sprint these are hands down the two best employees I’ve ever met from Sprint. Hard working and extremely helpful.
I want to share my experience about Sprint. After being with Verizon over 20 years their service has became slow. Their unlimited plan is a joke, but you always fear the unknown and it's easier to stick with what you got. We was tired of it. We went to the store and i believe his name was Davore last name started with a B. He was AMAZING! He listened to what we needed, what we expected asked very little questions then explained everything to us and was by far the best person we have talked to in all of the years. He said he has had a lit of experience and it shows. He helped us get the best phones we wanted even showed us some shortcuts on the phones. He helped us exchange our phones and everything was done at the store. I am not even going to bring up the price difference you really need to check the deals out. I travel some and have not had any outages so far, even at the places i didn't at Verizon. So lets see amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy Favor who made it all easy. With awesome phones with great service and HALF THE PRICE WE'RE USED TO.. Why didn't we switch years ago. Please don't take my word. Call me a liar but you have to go see for your own self.
