Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but don't go to this one at peak times. Service is extremely slow but friendly. Long lines at lunchtime.
Ok. Cashier was kind. Food was what I expected. Fries did take awhile and our other food just sat there waiting. But, hot fresh fries are sometimes worth the wait.
Had a very good experience, food was great and the store is very well kept. We will be coming back again
My favorite fast food place for burgers! There hamburger meat taste so good plus I love that the veggies on it are always crisp and taste fresh. Plus I'm not a big fries fan so I love that I can get a baked potato instead. The front counter employees are always pleasant and do a good job. I wish I knew the girl's name that took my order last time because the guy sat this gross over cooked potato down on the tray for me to actually eat and she took one look at it, threw it away and told him to get me another one. It really impressed me that she made sure order was not only right but worth serving. They remodeled it a little while back and it looks modern and much better than the previous outdated decor. The drive thru is always quick to get thru no matter how many cars are waiting so it's one of the few places I'll still stop if there is a long line of cars. This is one of the best fast food places in oak ridge in my opinion
This location was remodeled approximately a year ago. While I have made several late night appearances in the drive thru, this records my first inside visit. The old dining area was always clean but a little dated in appearance. The floor plan was chopped up. The new and improved is spectacular. Better lighting and seating. Better flow. Same great tasting menu items.
